Private Hosting Services
Hosting and Domain Name Registration Free For One Year!
As an added measure of security and convenience, I offer all design clients private web hosting services and domain name registration free of charge for one year. After the first year, you are welcome to renew these services with me or I can assist you with moving to a new host and/or transferring the domain into your name. Please know that I do not provide hosting for a profit, as I almost always break even at the end of year when I compare hosting revenue to my server costs.
Renewal Fees (per year):
- Hosting with Domain: $130.00
- Hosting Only: $120.00
- Domain Only: $10.00
Please understand that this offer is completely optional and you are not required to host your website with me if you would prefer not to. However, because I do not calculate hosting or domain name registration costs into my design fees, I do not provide discounts to ladies that already have a hosting account or domain name.
Additionally, the free domain name registration only applies if I register the domain for you under my business. By registering domains under my name, ladies avoid needing to divulge their real identity and billing information to an online registrar. Even so, you are more than welcome to register your own domain, though you will be responsible for the registration fees.
My hosting services are exclusively for design clients and are not open to the general public.
What my hosting IS...
My hosting plan has been tailored to meet the needs of what most entertainers will require with respect to bandwidth, disk space and reliability. Because I host websites on a dedicated server owned by Veda Designs, I am flexible in terms of upgrading bandwidth and disk space when needed for no additional fee (within reason).
My hosting services are intended as a convenience & extra level of identity protection for you. Unlike a traditional web host, I will never ask you to reveal your real name or location.
My hosting services are fully-managed, though companions will still have access to a hosting control panel (cPanel), where they can view website statistics, manage domain email addresses and browse their files on the server.
What my hosting is NOT...
Please understand that because my business is run independently, I cannot offer traditional 24/7 hosting support. The server is monitored 24/7 by a company I have hired to perform server maintenance tasks beyond my abilities. When there is down time or issues with the server, they automatically perform the steps needed to reboot the server. I will still address any hosting or email related issues, but it will only be done during my normal working hours.
Also, because my hosting services are private and fully-managed, I do restrict what kind of scripts or 3rd party applications are allowed to be uploaded and installed to the server. This is to ensure optimal stability and security for everyone.
Companions wanting to install their own dynamic scripts or have someone do this for them must first contact me so I can review the scripts to be uploaded. This is to ensure I am always aware of what is being uploaded to the server and can research for possible security flaws or expoits.
