How to Send Payment

Step 1:

Click the 'Create Invoice' button next service you'd like to order. Click the checkout button and choose whether you are a new or existing customer.

Step 2:

If you're an existing client, enter the email address associated with your billing account (if you're not sure, the info is in your 'Account Information' email).  If you're a new client, fill out the requested fields to create your billing account and have the invoice generated.

Step 3:

The billing system will email you a link to the new invoice.  Click the 'Pay Now' button at the top to make an online payment or send a money order to my PO Box. Email me to arrange MoneyPak, Bank Wire or Western Union payments.

Payment Methods

I accept online payments through PayPal (preferred) or by a credit entered from my billing system. If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can also send payment by MoneyPak, money order, bank wire or Western Union.

Money Orders or MoneyPak

Please address money orders to
Tara McKendry and send to the address on your invoice. I highly recommend purchasing insurance or delivery confirmation for money orders sent through USPS. If choosing to go with a MoneyPak card, you can either mail it to me or send the # electronically.

Western Union Payments

A money order or moneypak payment is be preferred over Western Union because their closest location is an hour away from me. However, if Western Union is the only option, here's the info you'll need to send payment.

You will need the folling info about me to send money.

To Pick-up Funds
You will need to send me the following information before I can pick up the funds:

  • Your Name
  • Location sent from
  • Amount sent
  • Money Transfer Number (MTCN)

Bank Wire

If you would like to send your payment via bank wire, please contact me.  If you have a Wells Fargo in your area, I can provide my account info so you can do a direct deposit instead (which saves you money on fees)

Template Website : $500

Total amount due for a pre-built, template website that can be customized with your preferred color pallet and logo.

Custom Website Deposit : $700

50% deposit for a custom designed website. Remaning balance due after site is complete..

Custom Rush Job Desposit: : $1100

50% deposit for a Rush Job custom website. Remaining balance due after site is complete..

Repeat Client Deposit : $500

50% deposit for custom design work. Only repeat clients are eligible for this rate.

Maintenance

Site Changes : $50/hour

Hourly rate for general site changes or maintenance. Enter the total number of hours you were quoted.

Rush Changes : $100/hour

Hourly rate for rush changes or maintenance. Enter the total number of hours you were quoted.

Specific Maintenance (non-rush)

Don't use the cart buttons below if you want Rush Service, as that is invoiced on an hourly basis (with a 30 minute minimum).

Design Photo Changes (no touch-ups) : $5 per revision

The fee to swap out photos if no editing is required aside from cropping or blurring. Enter total amount of revisions it took for each photo being replaced.

Design Photo Changes w/Minor Touch-Ups : $10 per revision

Per page fee to swap out photos and do minor touchups like Skin smoothing, blemish removal, etc. Enter total number of revisions it took for each photo being replaced.

Design Photo Changes w/Major Touch-Ups : $15 per revision

Fee to swap out design photos that need major editing such as body sculpting, tatoo removal, backdrop changes, etc. Enter total number of revisions it took for each photo being replaced.

Color Pallet Change : $200 (starting)

Starting fee for a color pallet change on your site. Additional time beyond four hours will be invoiced after the change is complete
